AZZO Coffee Urn – Warranty Terms


Limited Warranty Coverage

AZZO warrants that the coffee urn is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with heating elements, internal wiring, and structural components under normal operating conditions.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from accidents, drops, or unauthorized modifications

  • Use outside of recommended voltage or commercial misuse (if specified)


Warranty Service

If a defect arises within the warranty period, AZZO will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or defective parts at no additional cost.


Proof of Purchase Required

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to obtain warranty service.
